This was an absolutely amazing vacation that Tim provided. We had a grill, outdoor seating, a full oven, toaster, coffee maker, microwave and tons of towels and utensils. I would highly recommend anyone staying here. It was the perfect first winter experience for my fiancé to have. I will be back next year for sure!

I needed a cozy getaway for a long weekend and this was the most perfect place. Everything was clean, the essentials were provided, Tim was excellent at communicating and making sure I had everything that was needed. Amazing, would return again!

Tim’s place was very clean and comfortable, making for a pleasant stay. It’s simple and straightforward without a lot of extras or frills, but it has everything needed for a short visit. A great option if you’re looking for a clean, no-nonsense stay.

What a beautiful peaceful place to stay! We wanted secluded and quiet and got it here. It was 2 of us and 3 dogs and all 5 of us were so happy here. It was the relaxing vacation we so much needed. Tim went out of his way for us! He replaced the grill for us and we asked where a good place to find wood is and he took care of it right away. He went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. We would absolutely stay here again. Easy check in and excellent communication. Everything you could possibly need including a bathrobe. Tim is very thoughtful of things that could be needed. The beds were sooo comfortable!! Surrounded by wildlife and nature. Central air and the lawn was mowed for us. Lots of space. Supplies for the dogs in a drawer and a great outdoor space for them to play. 12 cup coffeemaker with keurig. Close enough to Niagara Falls. We stayed for a week. Stressfree all throughout. It was a dreamy secluded romantic getaway just as we had hoped. Thank you Tim! We will be back!

The house was perfect for our large family. It provided enough space for everyone to have their own bit of privacy. The game room is wonderful. Everyone enjoyed playing air hockey and corn hole. Tim was an excellent host. He was very attentive and helpful. Definitely recommend and would visit again.

Tim was an awesome host. Quick to respond and check in on us to make sure check in went smooth and that we had everything we needed. The house being right next to the stadium was awesome. We only had a short stay but Tim’s house provided everything we needed

This rental was perfect for a nice relaxing trip. We had a group of 5 and had plenty of space to sleep and operate. Tim was very helpful and responded to my questions almost immediately. The kitchen was stocked with almost every utensil that you can think of which is rare with airbnbs. Could not have had a better experience. Would recommend this place to anybody.

We enjoyed staying here! It was right across from Holiday Valley and close to town. We could walk to everything. It was perfect for wedding party to stay at. Tim was very helpful and responded quickly when we had a question. I definitely recommend staying here!

This was the perfect place for our group skiing at Holiday Valley resort and Tim was a great host. The bedrooms accommodated all of us well, although the upstairs rooms were open to the downstairs and got a little loud sometimes. However, it was only a problem while my youngest was napping or if someone wanted to go to bed early. Otherwise we were all very comfortable and the downstairs living area was perfect for our family friends to have their own space. Tim went above and beyond as a host and we would definitely stay again.

Tim was a great host! We came to Holiday Valley to ski for a weekend and the condo was the perfect place to stay. Super convenient to both the slopes and the town of Ellicotville. We would definitely stay here again!
